<P>PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To perform sound source adjustment, for each localization angle, such as extracting or turning off only a sound source localized at a certain angle and further, adjusting volume. <P>SOLUTION: Audio signals of a plurality of systems are divided into a plurality of frequency bands by a dividing means, respectively, and required audio signal processing is applied to divided output due to the dividing means based on a phase difference and a level ratio for each of the plurality of frequency bands calculated by a phase difference calculating means and a level ratio calculating means.
