PURPOSE: A system and method for roaming service of portable terminal and a service server is provided to control the location registration of a terminal by checking the location registration requesting network for performing international roaming service. CONSTITUTION: A server control unit(25) compares an actual traffic distribution value about a visit network which request the location registration and establishment distribution value about the business owner portion information with the reference to the subscription information of the mobile terminal through a server interface unit(21). If the actual traffic distribution value is larger than the corresponding visiting network, the server controller transmits a roaming prohibition message to the gateway location register. |
