METHOD FOR RESOURCE MANAGEMENT BASED ON MULTI-LAYERED NETWORK

PURPOSE: A resource management method based on a multi-layered network is provided to reallocate traffic based on a performance parameter which is received from interface between networks. CONSTITUTION: An interface unit(110) forms interface in a multi-layered network in which network regions are interpolated with a lower network region. A performance confirmation part(120) checks the success or failure of a preset performance index based on the performance parameter which is transmitted from the lower network through the interface. A traffic controlling part(130) allocates traffic by network domain. The traffic controlling part reallocates traffic by the allocated network domain by the success of the performance index.
