CONTENTS MANAGEMENT SYSTEM AND METHOD USING LOCATION INFORMATION

PURPOSE: A system and a method for managing content using location information are provided to minimize the communication cost with a server by providing a service based on a client while servicing location based content. CONSTITUTION: A device(100) traces the location or generates the location estimate based data which is need for tracing the location by using the observation data received from a communication device. A server(200) receives the location tracing information from the device, uses the location tracing based data, estimating the location of the device, and provides the content based on the estimated location to the device. The server encodes the content by using the location key based on the location. The device generates the same location key with the location key and obtains the authority including generation and browsing the content.
