PURPOSE: A belt press roller and a belt press dehydrating apparatus equipped with the same are provided to effectively implement a dehydrating operation by constantly compressing waste sludge between an upper belt and a lower belt. CONSTITUTION: A belt press dehydrating apparatus equipped with a belt press roller includes a main body(110), a lower belt(120), an upper belt(130), and lower and upper press rollers(160, 170). The lower belt is installed at the main body to caterpillary rotate. The upper belt is installed at the main body, and a part of the upper belt is engaged with the lower belt. The belt press rollers guide the movement of the lower belt and the upper belt in order to dehydrate waste sludge which is supplied into a space between the lower belt and the upper belt. Gaps between the belt press rollers are successively narrowed to the operating direction of the lower belt and the upper belt.
