PROBE STRUCTURE OF PROBE CARD

PURPOSE: The probe construct of a probe is provided to reduce times and costs for manufacturing a probe construct using only one piece of a guide member. CONSTITUTION: A guide member(210) includes a protrusion part in the inner side of a through hole. A probe(220) is inserted into the through hole to be hung on the protrusion part. An encapsulating material(240) is included in order to cover the probe on the guide member. A connection part(230) is connected to the terminal(224) of the probe. One end of the connection part and the terminal are fixed by soldering.
