PURPOSE: A small electronic motor is provided to obtain low performance weight and high efficiency by forming a stator into cylindrical winding in which iron is not added. CONSTITUTION: A small electronic motor comprises a stator and a rotor(2). The rotor comprises the cylindrical permanent magnet(5) of a solid body and one and more axial elements(8) which are installed on the surface of the cylindrical permanent magnet. The axial element comprises one or more recesses(10) which are touched to the cylindrical permanent magnet. Adhesive is put into the inside of the recess. At least a part of the adhesive touches the surface of the cylindrical permanent magnet. At least a part of the axial elements touches the surface of the cylindrical permanent magnet.
