PURPOSE: A sliding ceiling-plate structure is provided to enable cooling/heating equipment and various electrical equipment to be easily managed in the space between the ceiling and a ceiling plate, since the ceiling plate can be mounted in a sliding manner. CONSTITUTION: A sliding ceiling-plate structure comprises a plurality of guide rails(10), and a movable ceiling plate(20). The guide rails are arranged across the upper part of the ceiling plate on the finishing space(1) between the ceiling and the ceiling plate side by side. Both ends of the movable ceiling plate are held on the guide rails so that the movable ceiling plate is slid.
