PURPOSE: A varnish applying apparatus is provided to continuously ventilate harmful gas and to improve the productivity of the apparatus by implementing a dipping process, a standing-by process, a drying process, and a washing process using one apparatus. CONSTITUTION: A varnish applying apparatus applies varnish to a core around which a wire ring wound. The varnish applying apparatus includes a ventilating unit(10) and a pair of applying units(20). A ventilating part is formed in the ventilating unit. The applying units are separately installed at both sides of the ventilating unit. A washing unit(30) is further included in the varnish applying apparatus. One or more cable loading stands(12) are arranged at one upper end part of the ventilating unit. The applying units include an elevating frame(21), a dipping bath(22), and a drying stand(23). |
