PURPOSE: An OLED(Organic Light Emitting Diode) display device and driving method thereof are provided to compensate the threshold voltage of a driving transistor equipped in an image pixel by driving an image pixel in a simultaneous lighting scheme. CONSTITUTION: A pixel unit(130) includes image pixels which are connected to a scanning line, a control line, and a data line. A control line driving unit(160) offers a control signal through control lines. A scan driving unit(110) offers a scanning signal through scanning lines. A data driving unit(120) offers a data signal through the data lines. First and second power controlling units(170, 180) applies the first and second power source to the pixels. A timing controller(150) controls the control line driving unit, the scan driving unit, and the data driving unit.
