PURPOSE: A pencil holder apparatus including a stubby pencil is provided to peel the external diameter of the stubby pencil by inserting a pencil into a pencil sharpener. CONSTITUTION: A first empty cylinder case(20) is combined with a pencil(10). A second empty cylinder case(30) includes a pencil sharpener(31). The first empty cylinder case and the second empty cylinder are combined. The length of a pencil holder tool is controlled. A spiral protrusion(21) is formed at the inside of the first empty cylinder case. |
