SINGLE INPUT INTERFACE METHOD BASED THE FACIAL GESTURES COGNITION AND SYSTEM THEREOF

PURPOSE: A single input interface method based on facial gestures cognition and a system thereof are provided to control the computer without an additional setting by extracting the intention of a user who desires to use a specific computer while controlling the computers. CONSTITUTION: A deviation calculating module(120) outputs a synchronizing signal by comparing the current image of a user and previous image which is a front facial image of a user. An interface activator(130) outputs a system enable signal by receiving the synchronizing signal. The distance calculating module includes an image pattern recognizer and distance calculating unit which detects the image pattern of previous and current image which is received from a camera. The distance calculating unit calculates the distance value corresponding to a detection result by detecting a pattern change between the previous and current image. If the distance value does not have difference, the distance value calculating unit outputs the synchronizing signal.
