PURPOSE: A jig for cutting an H beam and a manufacturing method of a T beam using the same are provided to improve the quality of manufactured T beams by accurately cutting H beams. CONSTITUTION: A jig for cutting an H beam comprises a bottom part(10), vertical support parts(20), horizontal support parts(30), insertion grooves(40), recess grooves(50), and separation preventing protrusions(60). The bottom part is placed on the top of a table(2a). The vertical support parts are vertically formed in both sides of the bottom part. The horizontal support parts are formed on the top of the bottom part and support the horizontal parts(1b) of H beams(1). The insertion grooves are formed in both sides of the horizontal support parts. The vertical parts(1a) of the H beams are inserted into the insertion grooves. The recess grooves are formed in the center of each horizontal support part. The separation preventing protrusions are formed between the insertion grooves.
