PURPOSE: A lifting device of a towing vehicle sub wheel is provided to lift a sub shaft through single one pressure controlling balloon by equipping the elastic member and metal wire. CONSTITUTION: A lifting device of a towing vehicle sub wheel comprises a rear shaft(110), a fixed shaft(120), a pressure controlling balloon(130), a top bracket(150) and a sub shaft. The both ends of the rear shaft are coupled with the rear wheel of a towing vehicle. The fixed shaft is arranged in the upper of the rear shaft. The pressure controlling balloon is coupled with the front of the fixed shaft and is expandable to the forward and back through the controlling of the air pressure. A sliding shaft is arranged in the front of the fixed shaft. The top bracket is coupled in the lower of the fixed shaft. The sub shaft is arranged at the front of the rear shaft and is coupled with the sub wheel of the towing vehicle in both ends.
