PURPOSE: A multifunctional electronic identification card is provided to prevent card and financial crime while replacing an smart phone with identification. CONSTITUTION: An input unit(100) inputs individual information. An authentication unit(200) stores information in the input unit and authenticates whether inputted information is matched with personal information. A communication unit(300) receives information including the authenticated personal information. The communication unit switches authentication result information with inquiry result.
