FIELD: physics. ^ SUBSTANCE: housing of the module is made from a light-transmitting jacket which accommodates a hollow metallic air-duct which is linked by the inner surface with the external medium in order to remove heat from the module during operation thereof. Air-tightness of the module is ensured by end plugs. The air-duct can be made from a metal pipe. A printed-circuit board can be placed on the outer surface of air-duct in order to assemble light-emitting diodes and an additional power supply. Part of the light-transmitting jacket, opposite the direction of radiation of the light-emitting diodes, is made not transparent. The end plugs can be made from silicon rubber. ^ EFFECT: simple design of the light-emitting diode module, unification of components thereof, thus reducing expenses on its manufacture, high efficiency of removing heat from the module during operation thereof. ^ 11 cl, 2 dwg |
