FIELD: medicine. ^ SUBSTANCE: invention relates to medicine, namely to dentistry and is intended for elimination of pathologic teeth mobility in case of periodontium diseases. On perimetre in area of equator of crowns of teeth which are subjected to splinting grooves are formed. Metal ligature wire is visually divided into three parts: tongue (medium) and vestibular (lateral): right and left. Tongue part of ligature is tightened and placed in grooves from tongue side, vestibular right and left parts are brought in each other's direction in grooves from vestibular side in such a way that they, crossing tongue part in interdental spaces, form twists with not fewer than two turns. In terminal interdental space, when vestibular right and left parts of ligature meet, they are twisted with each other. Grooves of teeth crowns equator are covered with composition material. Twists in interdental spaces are not covered with composition material. ^ EFFECT: method makes it possible to eliminate pathological theeth mobility with III-IV degree of mobility and restore full biomechanics and esthetics of patients with periodontitis due to accuracy of copying direction of metal ligature wire to fibres of healthy teeth periodontium circular binding and carrying our twists in interdental spaces free from composition material. ^ 8 dwg |
