FIELD: medicine. ^ SUBSTANCE: invention relates to orthopedics and can be used for treatment of knee joint osteoarthrosis. Sampling of content of tibia and femur tunnels is performed, as content of tibia and femur tunnels selected is bone marrow of spongy substance, which immediately after sampling is diluted with sterile physiological solution 1:4 to total amount 2 ml. Obtained mixture is introduced into upper torsion of knee joint. Into each tunnel along its entire length subcortically introduced are 0.25 ml of 2% solution of pentoxifylline once, after that on the 2,3,4 and 5-th days after operation - two times per day. ^ EFFECT: method makes it possible to stimulate blood circulation directly in subcortical layers of joint parts. ^ 3 cl, 1 ex |
