PURPOSE: A method for predicting Bacillus cereus growth and a recording medium for storing computer program are provided to ensure high reliability. CONSTITUTION: A method for predicting growth of Bacillus cereus is performed by calculating specific growth rate(SGR) based on equation 7 (Y= 0.330861 + 0.313648x1 + 0.212498x2 + 0.196629x1x2 + 0.037367x1^2- 0.032263x2^2) and sample storing temperature. In equation 7, x1 and x2 are differently In SGR, sample storing temperature and pH value. A recording medium in which computer program is stored to predict growth of Bacillus cereus comprises: a process of inputting sample storing temperature and pH value; a step of calculating by equation 7; and a step of predicting growth of Bacillus cereus at sample storing temperature and pH concentration. |
