METHOD OF DETERMINING IMPURITY GAS IN ATMOSPHERIC AIR

FIELD: physics. ^ SUBSTANCE: analysed gas mixture is adsorbed on the surface of a solid body and luminescence is then excited in that layer by irradiating with a source of electromagnetic radiation. At the end of the action of the exciting radiation, luminescence relaxation which is characteristic for the analysed gas is recorded. ^ EFFECT: gas mixture analysis method which enables to detect impurity gases in conditions which are not critical for rigid stabilisation of a gas stream and dusty atmosphere, high measurement accuracy. ^ 2 cl, 1 dwg
