FIELD: medicine. ^ SUBSTANCE: invention relates to veterinary science. The method involves the use of a quaternary ammonium compound. The quaternary ammonium compound is septabik. An aqueous solution of septabik is prepared in the ratio of water and the preparation as 100:1. The prepared solution is added diamond green in the ratio 200:1. The produced mixture is introduced in a cow intrauterine daily, in a single dose 80-100 ml for 5-6 days. ^ EFFECT: method allows to reducing length of treatment by 3.2 days on the average, providing higher therapeutic effect by 10 %, decreasing a number of sterility days by 16.1 days in comparison with common methods. ^ 2 cl, 5 tbl
