摘要 PURPOSE: A processing method of coagulated fresh animal blood using green tea powder is provided to remove the unique smell of the coagulated fresh ox blood. CONSTITUTION: A processing method of coagulated fresh anima blood using green tea powder comprises the following steps: mixing 100 parts of water by weight, 1.0-5.0 parts of salt by weight, and 0.1-0.5 parts of green tea by weight into 250-350 parts of beef blood or pork blood by weight, and coagulating the mixture to obtain the coagulated anima blood; adding 0.1-0.5 parts of bay leaves by weight and 1.0-5.0 parts of hovenia dulcis by weight into 100 parts of water, and boiling the mixture; removing solid ingredients from the mixture; and inserting the coagulated anima blood for boiling.
