PURPOSE: A touch device and a manufacturing method thereof are provided to improve visibility by locating the boundary surface of an insulating layer on an area except for a display area. CONSTITUTION: An insulating layer(130) is formed on a display area of a substrate in which a first axis sensor(121) is formed. A second axis sensor(122) is formed on the insulating layer. Signal wires(142a,142b) is connected to a first and second sensor in an edge area which is an area except for a display area of the substrate. The insulating layer has larger area than the display area and has the size of not totally covering an area except for display area. A first and second axis sensor has the size which is expanded from an area except for the display area from an insulating layer. Signal electrodes(141a,141b) which area connected to the first and second axis sensor is thicker than the first and second axis.
