PURPOSE: Candies having an anti-drowsiness effect, and a producing method thereof are provided to enable users to slowly melt the candies inside their mouth. CONSTITUTION: Candies having an anti-drowsiness effect contains 2-4wt% of citric acid, 1.0-1.5wt% of lemon extract, 0.5-0.9wt% of capsaicin, 1.0-1.5wt% of mint liquid, 0.7-1.0wt% of mustard liquid, and 91.1-94.8wt% of mixture containing sugar and starch syrup in a weight ratio of 5.3:4.7. 98.5-99wt% of obtained candy composition contains 1.0-1.5wt% of raw zizyphus spinosi powder. |
