PURPOSE: A control automatic system for mounting a rope for a ship is provided to improve rope quality and to reduce production cost. CONSTITUTION: A control automatic system for mounting a rope for a ship comprises: a finishing machine having a first driving motor for making a strand of rope and a first sensor for measuring the rotation speed of the first driving motor; a drawing machine having a second driving motor for mounting the rope in a wheel by certain tension and a second sensor for measuring the rotation speed of the second driving motor; a control panel for setting rotation speed of the first and second driving motors and controls the driving motors; and a terminal for remotely controlling driving of the control panel. The control panel has: a DAQ board(210) for processing control signal; first and second variable voltage frequency inverter(221,231) for controlling rotation number of the driving motors; first and second over current relay(223,233) for blocking the over current of the driving motors; and first and second display units(310,410) for first and second rotation number. |
