PURPOSE: A system and a method for eliminating air pollutants from exhaust gas using a catalytic reactor are provided to prevent the clogging phenomenon and the corrosion phenomenon of the system by implementing an eliminating process without a reducing agent. CONSTITUTION: A system for eliminating air pollutants from exhaust gas using a catalytic reactor includes a heat exchanger(2) and a catalytic reactor(3). The heat exchanger uses the calories of exhaust gas at the temperature of 350-450 degrees Celsius. The heat exchanger supplies the exhaust gas to the catalytic reactor. The catalytic reactor eliminates nitrogen oxide and carbon monoxide from the exhaust gas. The catalytic reactor re-supplies the exhaust gas to the heat exchanger. The catalytic reactor includes a catalyst containing platinum, palladium rhodium, or manganese.
