FIELD: information technologies. ^ SUBSTANCE: in realisation of methods and a device for turbocoding during operation of a turbocoder (101) the size of a turbointerleaver (201) is defined depending on the size of an information unit, and according interleaving parameters are selected. These parameters configure the turbointerleaver, which is a conflict-free interleaver, and which is based on the interleaver with permutation using a quadratic polynomial QPP or on the interleaver with almost regular permutation ARP.
