FIELD: metallurgy. ^ SUBSTANCE: blank and surfaces of device contacting with it are covered with lubricant and are jammed along contour. During deformation there are made recesses in blank. The blank is removed from the device and deformation is measured. There is used a rectangular blank with dimension of the least side within the range 1.51.9 Dn, where Dn is diametre of a puncheon. By scratching there is made circumference in the centre of the blank with radius R0 equal to R0=Dn/2-(1015)S0, where S0 is thickness of a source blank. The blank is deformed at depth H, a value of deformation is chosen less, than the value of depth at which there are occurred ruptures on blanks. Deformations are measured on a bottom of the cartridge along increase of radius R0 on base of which efficiency of lubricant is evaluated. ^ EFFECT: expanded probabilities of evaluation of process lubricants efficiency. ^ 2 dwg, 1 tbl |
