PURPOSE: An MP3 player with a necklace function is provided to attachably combine a terminal of a rear case with a hooking member of an earphone. CONSTITUTION: A rear case(200) is combined with a front case(100). A terminal unit(210) prepares in prepares in the upper of the rear case. The terminal unit is connected with an earphone. A compressed sound source reproduction module transmits a sound source reproduction signal through the earphone. A hanging member(400) includes a neck cord(410), a ring unit(420), a fastening unit(430), and a connection unit(440). The connection unit is connected to the terminal unit.
