PURPOSE: A system and a method for managing a bicycle are provided to effectively perform the distribute the management of bicycles by storing the state information of the bicycles and terminals and transmitting the state information to a bicycle manager. CONSTITUTION: A bicycle manager(110) manages bicycle status information. A terminal manager(120) manages the status information of bicycle terminals. A human resource manager(130) manages the status information of a bicycle manager. A counseling manager(140) manages a bicycle consult about civil affairs information. A communication unit(150) performs communication with at least one between bicycle manager and bicycle terminals. |
