PURPOSE: A foundation construction method of a building and a form therefor are provided to remarkably reduce the installation process of forms by arranging the forms along a foundation. CONSTITUTION: A foundation construction method of a building is as follows. After a floor flattening work, a foundation(200) is installed on the flattened floor using an installation frame located at the floor. Forms(100) are arranged along the foundation in consideration of the placing position and shape of concrete. Pipelines(930) are installed inside the forms. Concrete(600) is placed in the forms and is cured. After the concrete is cured, the forms are removed from the foundation.
