PURPOSE: A portable lighting device is provided to help a user to use a portable flashlight regardless of a charge time and place by charging and discharging the battery of a body to turn on/off an LED. CONSTITUTION: In a portable lighting device, an upper case(110) comprises a solar cell(111), a power switch(112), a charge and discharge lamp(113). A battery is charged with electricity which is generated from the solar cell. A lower case(120) is electrically connected the solar cell and the battery. A stand bar assembly(130) is ascended along the inside of the main stand bar. An LED assembly(140) has an LED which is tuned on when a power switch is turned on. A holder(150) is formed in both sides of the upper case and the lower case. |
