PURPOSE: An algae eliminating system is provided to cost-effectively suppress the growth of green algae and to reduce a cost required for maintenance based on chlorophyll-a measurement. CONSTITUTION: An algae eliminating system includes a chlorophyll-a measuring unit(110), a water temperature measuring unit(120), an ultrasound wave generating unit(140), and a server(130). The chlorophyll-a measuring unit measures the concentration of chlorophyll-a with respect to algae from collected water in a pre-set period of time. The ultrasound wave generating unit eliminates the algae by generating ultrasound wave. The server predicts the situation of underwater based on the measured information of the chlorophyll-a measuring unit and the water temperature measuring unit and controls the output and the intensity of the ultrasound wave.
