摘要

PURPOSE: A manufacturing process of cationic polymer/hyaluronic acid microbead and cationic polymer/hyaluronic acid microbead chelated is provided to control the porosity of surface, and chelate all metal ion of the inside and the outside of the microbead by highly containing hyaluronic acid in the inside of microbead. CONSTITUTION: A manufacturing process of cationic polymer/hyaluronic acid microbead and cationic polymer/hyaluronic acid microbead chelated comprises: a step of manufacturing hyaluronic acid solution and separating the same by inserting cationic polymer, and then manufacturing cationic polymer/hyaluronic acid mixture by adding weakly acidic aqueous solution; a step of manufacturing freeze cationic polymer/hyaluronic acid microbead by electronic spray the cationic polymer/hyaluronic mixture by using electronic spray device with the condition of 0.1-20ml/hr speed and 5-40kV voltage; a step of leaving the microbead at 0-20°C for 0-5 minutes, and then freezing at -70°C-0°C, drying and cleaning.
