PURPOSE: A tone wheel for a vehicle and a manufacture method thereof are provided to simplify production process by manufacturing a tone wheel by bending after manufacturing multiple teeth by a pressing process. CONSTITUTION: A tone wheel for a vehicle comprises a mounting part, a connection part, a sensing part, and a rib(73). The mounting part is extended in an axial direction in order to install to a wheel bearing. One end of the mounting part is integrally formed in one end of the connection part. One end of the sensing part is integrally formed in the other end of the connection part. A supporting part is formed between multiple teeth in order to regularly keep the uniform interval between multiple teeth. The annular part holds the supporting part at the opposite side of the mounting part. The rib is protruded to the radius inner side at the inner circumference of the annular portion or the supporting part. |
