PURPOSE: A mattress for a thermal treatment is provided to maximize a treatment effect by performing a laser treatment and a thermal treatment. CONSTITUTION: A mattress for a thermal treatment comprises a mattress main body(100), a thermal treatment ceramic, a laser treatment ceramic, and a control box. The control box includes: a main body; a power supply unit which supplies common electricity to each configuration unit; a controller which is equipped within the main body and controls the operation of each configuration unit; a first connection terminal which is formed in one side of the main body and to which a heating element is connected; a second connection terminal which is formed in one side of the main body and to which a thermal treatment ceramic is connected; a third connection terminal which is formed in one side of the main body and to which a laser treatment ceramic is connected; and an operation panel which controls the power source and temperature of each configuration unit and displays the temperature on the upper side of the main body.
