PURPOSE: A method of controlling regenerative and hydraulic brake is provided to reduce a waste of resources by reusing used energy. CONSTITUTION: A method of controlling regenerative and hydraulic brake is as follows. In respond to a brake request, the depression of a brake actuator(26) is allowed. Until regenerative brake reaches a critical level, the regenerative brake varying depending to the depression of the brake actuator is commanded. For a wheel circuit to reach to reach wheel circuit pressure commanded, hydraulic brake varying depending on the depression of the brake actuator is commanded. At the hydraulic brake step, the transfer of fluid pressure to a wheel circuit through an ABS valve from a master cylinder circuit is prevented, when the fluid pressure in the master cylinder circuit is between first and second pressure.
