PURPOSE: A method and a system for paying a financial organization server are provided to realize the management stability of small firm which is in cooperative relationship by enabling a large enterprise to support the financial to the small firms. CONSTITUTION: An input/output unit(331) receives a message which is checked that the debenture of a selling company is confirmed from the terminal of at least one purchasing terminal. The input/output unit receives the message authenticating the payment about the cooperative company form the terminal of the selling company(310). A payment processor performs payment about the cooperative company with the confirmed debenture.
