PURPOSE: A marking device for marking character, sign and pattern on a target object, and a marking method thereof are provided to prevent the position error on a marking position. CONSTITUTION: A marking device for marking character comprises a jig(20), a marking unit(30), a location perception unit(25), a controller(35) and a table(11). The objects are fixed to the jig. The marking unit carves a seal character, symbol or pattern on the objects fixed to a jig. The location perception unit recognizes the imprinting location of the character, symbol or pattern inscribed on the objects. |
