PURPOSE: A heat exchange system with a hydrogen storage tank for a ship is provided to efficiently manage heat and cold created in charge or discharge of hydrogen. CONSTITUTION: A heat exchange system with a hydrogen storage tank for a ship comprises a hydrogen storage tank(10), a cooling channel(20), and a heating channel(30). The hydrogen storage tank, which stores hydrogen using hydrogen storage alloy(11), creates heat and cold respectively when charging and discharging hydrogen. The cooling channel connects devices(1), which are installed in a ship or marine structure and need to be cooled, to the internal space(14) of the hydrogen storage tank and allows the circulation of water cooled in the internal space. The heating channel connects devices(2), which are installed in the ship or marine structure and need to be heated, to the internal space of the hydrogen storage tank and allows the circulation of water heated in the internal space.
