DISASSEMBLING MACHINE AND METHOD FOR AIRLESS PUMP

PURPOSE: A device for disassembling a pump of a pneumatic painting machine and a method thereof are provided to disassemble a nut from the pump by a motor after the pump is fixed wherein the pump is separated from the pneumatic painting machine. CONSTITUTION: A motor(120) and a transmission(130) are installed on the top of a body(110). A pump fixing unit(140) is installed in the middle part of the body. A hydro jack(150) elevates the pump fixing unit. A pump fixing unit slider(170) slides the pump fixing unit forward/backward. A pump fixing unit elevating guide unit(200) guides elevation of the pump fixing unit.
