FIELD: technological processes. ^ SUBSTANCE: invention relates to tyre industry and to a method to make a case of a pneumatic single-layer tyre. A toroidal stock of a frame is formed from tyre fabric, comprising warp and weft threads coated with a layer of adhesive composition. Reinforcement layers of a breaker are prepared and cut, assembling is done, which includes application of breaker and tread layers, cases are formed and vulcanised. The frame is made of non-rubber coated tyre fabric, a warp thread and a weft thread of which in areas of crossing are fixed to each other by means of a wrap thread and coated with an adhesive solution that provides stickiness to non-vulcanised rubber. During tyre assembly the frame tyre fabric is applied on an assembling drum directly onto a rubber part, or the frame tyre fabric is previously applied onto the rubber part and wound on the assembling drum jointly as a signal part. ^ EFFECT: invention provides for increased accuracy of frame threads positioning, increased quality of a finished tyre with reduction of technological operations number in process of the frame production, which reduces costs for production and simultaneously increases quality indices of the finished tyre, first of all, homogeneity. ^ 3 cl, 2 dwg, 1 tbl |
