PURPOSE: A rotation printer for printing an electronic circuit in which a separation ink chamber is installed and a printing method thereof are provided to print a register mark by colored electronic ink, thereby printing an electronic circuit pattern which is difficult to capture by a camera sensor. CONSTITUTION: A separation ink chamber(30) is closely installed in a foaming cylinder(21). The separation ink chamber supplies electronic ink to the forming cylinder. A partitioning unit(40) is installed in a body(31). An ink supply hole(33a,34a) and a discharging hole(33b,34b) are formed in each ink unit partitioned by the partitioning unit. A doctor blade contacts the forming cylinder in the body of the separation ink chamber.
