PURPOSE: A pharmaceutical composition containing a compound and pharmaceutically acceptable carrier is provided to suppres Wnt/beta-catenin signal transduction system and to control Ras protein stability. CONSTITUTION: A pharmaceutical composition for preventing or treating cancer contains pharmaceutically acceptable carrier and compound of chemical formula 1 or pharmaceutically acceptable salt thereof as an active ingredient. The cancer is caused by Ras mutation or Wnt signal transduction system disorder. The pharmaceutical composition is manufactured in a form of a tablet, capsule, pill, granule, powder, or liquid. The pharmaceutical composition is used for combination with an anticancer drug. A complex formulation contains the compound of chemical formula 1 or pharmaceutically acceptable salt thereof and the anticancer drug.
