PURPOSE: A one hand cigarette case is provided to reduce the danger of safety accidents during situations when users are unavailable to use both hands. CONSTITUTION: A one hand cigarette case includes a cigarette outlet(130), a hole(120), a paper panel, and a rubber band. The cigarette outlet gathers cigarettes inside the cigarette case one by one. The hole is for pushing one cigarette to the upward direction. The paper panel is for pushing the cigarette to the cigarette outlet. The rubber band pulls the paper panel toward the cigarette outlet.
