PURPOSE: A touch panel integrated liquid crystal display device and manufacturing method thereof are provided to make a liquid crystal display device slim and integrated and to block the noise of a liquid crystal display device. CONSTITUTION: A first substrate(100) is faced with a second substrate(200). A liquid crystal panel(800) is formed between the first substrate and the second substrate. A driving electrode(210) is arranged on the second substrate of the liquid crystal panel. A first polarizer(320) is formed on the second substrate including the driving electrode. A third substrate is faced with the first polarizer. A sensing electrode(220) is crossed with the driving electrode.
