The kit has a set of panels (1) prefabricated from wooden or composite materials, where each panel includes internal and external frontal faces (11, 12), right and left longitudinal edges (13, 14) and lower and upper transversal edges (15, 16). An upper mounting unit fixes the upper transversal edge to an upper structure element (4). The upper structure element includes a support wall (40) to support all or part of the upper transversal edge, and another support wall (41) to support frontal faces of the panel so as to align the upper transversal edge on the upper structure element. An independent claim is also included for a method for manufacturing a facade.
