The device has a support comprising a zone that partially allows the light and forms a symbol (8). A concentrator (11) i.e. bi-convex shaped lens, focuses light flux (7) produced by a light source (6) i.e. LED, toward the symbol, where the symbol is fabricated from a translucent material. The source illuminates the symbol via the light flux. The concentrator is installed between the source and the support, and extended to a right side of the symbol. The concentrator has a prismatic face (17) oriented toward the symbol and another face oriented toward the source.
