摘要 PURPOSE: A sundae(Korean sausage) composition having excellent internal binding force, and a sundae producing method using thereof are provided to prevent the breaking and separation of sundae ingredients. CONSTITUTION: A sundae(Korean sausage) producing method using a sundae composition comprises the following steps: preparing sundae ingredients including dried Chinese noodles; adding pre-gelatinized waxy corn starch and dextrin starch into the sundae ingredients to obtain the sundae composition; inserting the sundae composition into a molder, and heating for hardening; and separating the hardened sundae composition from the molder, and cooling. The sundae ingredients include more than one ingredient selected from the group consisting of animal blood, curry powder, and paprika.
