The system has two rings (11, 12), where each ring includes a rotating cylinder shaped traverse opening (14, 15) with regard to a longitudinal axis (16, 17) such that the two rings are connected respectively around spinous segments (E1, E2). A set of linking units (20) is utilized for linking the two rings according to a degree of freedom. The set of traverse openings of the two rings is provided with a bone thread tapping part such that one ring is screwed in one of the spinous segments.
